AMRHA – sees the end of an Era

Calgary – For the first time in half a decade Team Alberta will attend State Wars Krommless.  For the past 5 years Alberta Minor Roller Hockey has boast 1 and often 2 Kromm’s as part of Team Alberta!

The Kromm dynasty extended beyond roller hockey and to ice Hockey as well, Brandon played Junior hockey in the PJHL for the West Central Rage in Saskatchewan.  Jordon has played for the Minor Midget AAA NWCAA Stampeders, and was part of the 2014-15 Sutter cup winning team.

Brandon last played for team Alberta at AAU Junior Olympics in Los Angeles in 2013.  Jordon has continued to be a part of Team Alberta as AMHRA transitioned out of Junior Olympics and into State Wars; and has since been part of Team Alberta in Fort Wayne Indiana, and in St Louis Missouri.

As parents we will miss Brent and Kathy, their generosity and friendship, they were always first to welcome new parents to the program and help them navigate the ins and outs of Team Alberta. As well we will miss Brandon and Jordon who were not only talented players but amazing team mates.

In 2016 Jordon tried out and made Canada’s Junior Men’s Inline Hockey team participating in Roana, Italy on June 11-17.  Jordon we wish you well with Team Canada we know you will make us proud.
