Red Deer set to make Debut as Roller Hockey Provincials Host City

The biggest roller hockey weekend in Alberta is fast approaching, with the AMRHA Provincials Tournament set to kick off this Friday (June 20th) in Red Deer. The 2014 edition of the tournament will have a unique feel to it, as this marks the first time the Tournament has been played in Red Deer. One of the inline hockey hotbeds in Alberta, is the perfect setting for teams from all over the province to meet and compete for the coveted provincial championship title. Red Deer will be busy with inline hockey over the weekend, as the tournament features over 40 teams competing within 10 divisions. Teams will clash in round robin games Friday and Saturday, and go toe to toe for the Title on Championship Showdown Sunday.
